In June 2005, we invested 100 million HK Dollars to establish Fujian Quanzhou Hua Jing Resin Co., Ltd.. The new company locates in picturesque Wang Chuan, Hui¡¯an, covering an area of 100,000 square meters and being equipped with the storage tank of 6,000 cubic meters. It will put into production in November, 2006 and annually produce 30,000 tons of unsaturated polyester resins (UPR), 70,000 tons of polyurethane (PU) and 10,000 tons of maleic anhydride (MA). For the development and application of products, a laboratory of UPR, PU and MA will be opened in the new company. We will establish an enterprise entity which combines productions, research and incorporates with science, industry and commerce.
